A busy start to the new year and it’s great to be back on site across a number of fantastic projects.

We’ve started works on the following schemes today:

• The Poacher, Winstanley – our first Grandstand CAPEX project for Marston’s PLC & Shelley Kemp, with JMDA LTD & Jonathon Morgan & B2PM – Project Management & Cost Consultancy & Giles Hampson MAPM Works include external repairs and decoration, along with internal reconfiguration and refurbishment to create a new, sports-oriented pub.

• The Gardeners Arms, Thornton-Cleveleys – another Grandstand CAPEX scheme for Marston’s PLC This project features extensive external repairs and redecoration, together with a full internal refurbishment.

• The Kings Head, Ulverston – pleased to be back again working with Marston’s PLC carrying out an initial works programme including extensive structural and external repairs, plus internal refurbishment to both the private quarters and trade areas.

• The Simms Road, Garswood – for Admiral Taverns Where works include repairs to the roof and conservatory, along with a full refurbishment of the internal trade area and the relocation of trade WCs to the first floor.

A strong pipeline to kick off the year and we’re looking forward to delivering these projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
