We’re delighted to announce the start on site of our latest two-door CAPEX scheme for Marston’s PLC & Mahsa P. at The Old Duke Southport, marking another fantastic collaboration with a valued long-term client.

The works will include a full external and internal refurbishment, transforming both sites to deliver refreshed, welcoming spaces for guests to enjoy.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in getting us to this stage – from design through to mobilisation – JMDA LTD & B2PM – Project Management & Cost Consultancy and to our delivery team who are now on the ground making it happen.
