Due to continued growth and a full order book for the next 8 months and beyond, Beechcroft Building Maintenance Services Ltd is looking to recruit experienced Site Managers to join our expanding team.

We have an exciting pipeline of projects mainly within the northwest, predominantly within the leisure and hospitality sectors, working with an extensive client base that includes many of the biggest names in the hospitality industry.

Our projects range from extensive pub refurbishments and major capital investment schemes to structural repairs, extensions and complete internal and external transformations.

What we’re looking for:

* Experienced Site Managers with a proven track record in construction and refurbishment, ideally with a leisure industry background.

* Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.

* The ability to manage projects from start to finish.

* A proactive approach to health & safety, quality control and programme delivery.

* The ability to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams effectively.

* Flexibility to work on projects across the UK, should the need arise.

* 1st Aid & SMSTS qualified.
