We’re delighted to announce our latest successful handover for Admiral Taverns & Neil Pollard at The Pineapple in Bolton following the completion of extensive external repairs and a full refurbishment of the trade area.

This project has brought a fresh lease of life to this much-loved community pub - preserving its character while enhancing comfort, atmosphere, and functionality for both licensees and guests.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering this transformation - from our design and property teams (Nick Darnley & Helen Reilly) to the contractors and local partners who helped bring the vision to life.

We’re proud to see The Pineapple ready to welcome guests once again and continue serving as a cornerstone of the Bolton community under the Admiral Taverns banner.
