BEECHCROFT are thrilled to share that we have successfully handed over our first Grandstand capex refurbishment scheme for Marston’s PLC & Shelley Kemp at The Poacher in Winstanley.

This £330k+ transformation has turned the pub into a proper hub for live sport, complete with cutting-edge big screens, top-notch sound systems, and all the upgrades needed to make match days electric.

Huge thanks to the entire team for their fantastic collaboration throughout the project —your support made the process smooth and efficient from start to finish. We are also grateful to our brilliant contractors and suppliers who delivered on time and to a brilliant standard.

The Poacher is now ready to welcome customers back for the big games and great nights out.

If you’re local to Wigan, pop in and see the new look for yourself!

On to the next one…
