We are pleased to announce the successful completion and formal handover of the external beer garden enhancement works at The Sun Inn, Chesterfield, on behalf of Admiral Taverns.

This project has delivered a much-improved outdoor space for the pub’s customers and the wider community, featuring a high-quality timber decked area with accessible ramp, fixed seating, a stylish pergola structure, and associated landscaping — all sensitively designed to respect the conservation area setting on West Bars.

The transformed beer garden now provides a more inviting, comfortable, and versatile area for patrons to enjoy, whether on sunny afternoons or cooler evenings with appropriate coverings. It represents another positive step in the ongoing investment in this much-loved community pub.
